"Volkihar" is a dragon shout that they use to phase through things.

I don't know if http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Dragon_Language's a good lexicon of the words, but if it is then ''Vol'' means Horror, but there's no ''Ki'' nor ''Har'' , so i doubt it would be a Shout.

The closest thing I can come up with would be VOLKIIRHAAR, "Horror Child Hand".

Which kind of reminds me of The Grudge?? Still a stretch, though.

Or VOL-KIIR-AAR which is "Horror Child Servant/Slave" according to UESP.

BTW, the UESP says "Hand" is "HAAL" not "HAAR" so idk.

Immortal Blood says they have ice breath. Ice Breath is a common Dragon Shout.

I thought it described them as dragging adventurers through ice without breaking it, that is, ice covering a lake.
