Volkrund Keep--What's the point? : V

Why was Volkrund Keep even created? You can't get past the main entrance. I have searched Wiki and no one has any info on it?

Was it created just to add bits of data to the game? I was disappointed because I thought I had found another fort to explore?

I hope I am just stupidly missing something. Any info appreciated.

You follow Brother Arnand during the quest "Dreams in Oblivion" and he activates the lever to let you in.

It's a mod anyway; you should ask the author about that.
