I love how only real games made it into the GOTY category.

Not trying to be negative, but I'm pretty sure Bethesda already paid the network to have their game voted best RPG. It's pretty much how this particular award show works. On that note, who cares if they don't get voted the RPG of the year, just means someone else paid more. Paying attention to this is like watching the Nickelodeon Nobel peace prize ceremony.

For the Last and Final TIme: The VGAs are NOT NOT NOT voted on by the public! They are decided on by a judges panel a la the Oscars. Those buttons you are clicking mean NOTHING.
Think about it, guys. What sense does it make to allow JoeEveryman to vote for GOTY when the average gamer has probably only played one or two of the five Nominees? If that were the case, the award would not be for Game of the Year, but for which game has the most active forum..

The ONLY thing that the public is allowed to vote on each year for the VGAs are:
1) Best game trailer
2) Most anticipated game of the following year

Which are inherently meaningless awards anyway.

I would complain about mr. yellow posting in the middle of the screen but now we got a caps shouter...

Anyways thank you for informing us of what was already posted in a civilized manner.

Yes, didn't realize size seven would be so stupidly big...

True, though. Its why the page says "you've picked" rather than "You've voted for" after you make your selection. You haven't voted for anything

Spike VGA awards are a joke.

And Skyrim doesn't deserve GOTY anyway - it's a really, really good game but it falls short of "absolutely spectacular"
