It doesnt take much to understand what the F1 key is used for in this game. F1 is the key used in Crysis 2 MP to add your vote to kick a low scum loser - a pathetic human being who **** up an entire server by cheating ie hacking cause "it" doesnt know how to play without "its" hacks.

When it is clear as the sun shining on a clear day with no clouds that a player is hacking, and the hack is called and other players confirm it and YOU KNOW the player is hacking you just straight up a damn moron if you dont press F1 because you want to WIN !

Its just as pathetic with the loser who is cheating for someone to allow it by NOT PRESSING F1. F1 is the standard command in any language keyboard for this game.

BTW - any of you that see me on a server and a hacker joins that server it is 99.9% I can initiate a votekick on the loser regardless of how good "it" made up it's name with binary codes.

One thing a hacker hates is when you foil "it's" hack and you make "it" look bad

The reason I am not posting it publically is because I dont want hackers trying to find a way around it as they are still trying to figure out how the hell I am doing it.

Yeah well thanks for nothing. I had to leave another server cos Maui turned up. When I initiated a votekick a different players name ended up getting voted on.
Obviously the new hack has a way of inserting a different name now.
You may end up playing this game alone if only a handful of 'decent' players learn the 'secret.'

I like it. But maybe this way instead: Whoever doesn't vote, automatically doesn't contribute to the "list of voting players". So, the required votes drops according to how many don't vote either way.

fabulous idea....For the vote % to count all must vote, if they dont vote then it will be nulled. So for example if there is 10 players, 4 vote yes and 1 vote no, the other 5 vote will be nulled and the majority voted will dominate

in the middle of your screen when a vote is called.

Spamming "Press F1 to kick the cheater" is actually not helping, not even if you have it on macro key, and covering the whole chat screen with it...

I guess server admins already know how to handle cheaters with html in their nicks. I never had a problem with kicking, votekicking and banning cheaters of this sort.

1. Just copy their nick from the console where you type .
2. Then paste it in the notepad.
3. Replace all @ characters with (_) underscore.
4. Paste the new nick after the command votekick.

This will work. Tested and confirmed.

When I replaced the '@' in game and hit enter, a completely different username had the votekick initiated against them instead of the hacker.

When using TAB to scroll through the names and the correct name appears, replace the "@" with "_" move the curser back to the end of the name before pressing enter

Got kicked off the frogs of war server last night after going 7 for 0. Pretty gimp really considering im lvl 12 & ive been playing Crysis on the PC for less than a week! I think they're based in the UK so im pretty sure it was not due to ping etc...soft lads!

Thanks Sultaan, but that does not answer how to delete the '@' from some of those where a different letter/symbol gets deleted from where the cursor actually is.
For instance; maui><@L}{?/
If I were to place the cursor where the '@' is located, the symbol '{' could be the one that actually gets deleted instead.
