I have noticed many times all players do not notice that a vote has been called, myself included. This is due to the yellow text appearing and disappearing too fast. If you die just as the vote is called or just after, the vote message may never appear on your screen. So the amount of time needs to be increased to 45 seconds so everyone has a chance to see it and evaluate the player being kicked. I don't see this as being that difficult to modify.

The above is more important than this, but also add a key bind for the vote yes option. F1 would be great.
