Being that I am completely untalented when it comes to sewing/tailoring etc, I can't help with that.

I'd check google or ebay or something if you're looking to do as little work as possible.

Quick google search I found this - http://www.theirongategallery.com/V-tech-Standard-Issue-Vault-101-Jumpsuit_p_16.html

But with an outdated site and $250 price tag, you're probably better off making one yourself.

I can sew a button.... that 's it! Why not go to a local costume shop (not a crappy one, go to one that rents outfits for the local opera house) and ask them?

A quick search and I found a long sleeve dark blue jumpsuit, the kind auto workers wear, for under $30.00. Then head over to a good craft store, yes guys I am the new girl in Megaton. If you show them a pic of what you want they will find a way to make it with as little sewing as possible.

^ this.

I've made my own costumes for a while and I will say this. Cut corners! XD I'd suggest you use textile paint to add the '101' on the back, don't try to sew it. It'll only go wrong, especially if this is your first time. Take it slow. Buy the suit from ebay or somewhere and paint away. If it's for Halloween, are you going as a Gary? That's be so cool XD

$250 is a bit steep, but I couldn't sew my way out of a paper bag... =p
