Actually IIRC Vvanderfell was a tropical island before the volcano got active.

I don't think that's right, it wouldn't have been tropical. But it was forested before the blights.

Either way, the palms look great so it doesn't matter.

hey vurt. you nailed the ashland and solstheim trees on the first go. and your latest more lore correct grazeland and ascadian isle trees are perfect. does this mean you might be going back over the west gash trees soon as well. your first try is great but very colorful. however nobody has ever got the west gash trees right in my eyes. i am sure you could nail the feel for the region if you ever go for a lore correct version. great work, thanks!

Totally agree with everything Rattfink333 just said. Also, just as my 2 cents - I actually prefer these non animated versions your bringing out. I'd love to see you experiment with other kinds of sway animation, and I was really impressed you managed to animate them at all, but I'd say the current 'breathing' animation is less immersive than the static trees. I'm sure others might disagree though :)
