Vurt's Solstheim Trees & Bushes Replacer

This mod replaces all trees and bushes in the Solstheim region, 14 trees and 8 bushes are replaced.

Optional:

Trees and bushes/shrubs can be used as pure replacers (without the included .esp) if renamed properly, like this:

vurt_tree_bm_01 - 07 must be renamed to flora_tree_bm_01 - 07

also rename vurt_bm_snow_01 - 07 to flora_tree_bm_snow_01 - 07

The shrubs should be renamed from vurt_shrub1 - 3 to flora_bm_shrub_01 - 03

Rename the Holly Bushes vurt_holly1 - 6 to flora_bm_holly_01 - 06, note that "3" does not exist. These goes into meshes/o all other should be in meshes/f.

Awesome work vurt. Can't wait to get my hands on this. Will have to rename all the meshes to replace though, but that's my fault for using too many mods and not having enough room.

Sister, no it's still .esp based, but it should take under a minute to rename them (read the first post).

povuholo, of course.

Will herbalism mods work with it or will we have to harvest the berries the old fashioned way?

Also the file is now available! :celebration:

I have not tested it with any herbalism mods. If there's problems i would suggest that you use it as a pure replacer instead.

Downloaded and installed. Great release! :D
I have a little problem, but probably I'm doing something wrong. When I come close to the trees with low branches (branches who reach the ground), my character starts climbing over them and in a couple seconds I find miself halfway to the tree top.

Yes, one tree that is like that, i thought it was kind of cool to have climbable tree hehe, but if it's irritating i can remove it.

I've been thinking about having another kind of climbable tree, as an activator instead of a static mesh.. when activated you find yourself in the top of the tree so you can escape enemies or just the enjoy the view.. Thoughts?

Now im off canoeing with a friend, will be nice to see some non-polygonal trees for a while ;)

Wait, vurt is Swedish? Fantastiskt jobb du har gjort vurt ;)

btw is there any difference between using the mod as an .esp or a replacer? As in, do you add new tree placements or anything in the .esp? I like my replacers to be as plugin-free as possible.
