In Obliivion I was taking a closer look at some of my items and noticed that the Wabbajack looks sort of like a carved up Order Crystal. Any more info on this? Or what Wabbajack is supposedly made of, sorry if this is pointless and nooby.

Aside from what is already known by(I assume) most people( http://oblivion.wikia.com/wiki/Wabbajack ), there is not much else info on this. At least none that I can find or remember(other than a story regarding the Wabbajack that does not in any way answer your question: http://oblivion.wikia.com/wiki/Wabbajack_%28book%29 ).

Well, even though this is the Lore-Forum, I'm confused. Did bethesda have the designs and idea for SI when they made Wabbajack, or did they just base the Knights of Order and all the design for the aforementioned on Wabbajack?

Lore-wise, it is safe to guess that Shaeogorath likes irony, but Realisticly speaking Lore-wise, did Bethesda even know about the Order Priests' apparel's appearance and such?

It's called serendipity. Order would all be Crystals and stuff and Wabbajack used to be a grey staff of cane with a golden knob before that so obviously it was made of Order Crystals before they even excisted. It's a convenient coincidence and lore is full of them.
