I stumbled upon http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/37594/? that converts armors for WAC, but it's for HGEC E Cup. I was wondering if there were any C Cup replacers out there, or... you know...wondering if anyone would be willing to do a little nip tuck and make a C cup version?

May not quite be what you are looking for though, but it includes C-cup replacers.
