Sooooo, as a UK citizen, I have 2 days to wait to play, and wondered how others in same situation felt..

This isnt a "RAGE" thread so pls dont just pop in and say how bad it is in colourful language

I am finding it pretty bloody frustrating that MP seems to of been altered in several areas, and just ignoring SP threads cos I dont want spoilers.

I have been contemplating VPN'ing the game, but figure why risk it.

I understand that staggered release dates occur, just have found this one infuriating after beta MP gameplay, which I am grateful for.

Thoughts anyone in UK/Europe ?

Go figure, I got my DVD today but it installed as preload, having to wait while the retail box is on my desk is quite frustrating... I hope I can play at midnigth.

frustrating is an understatement especially after seeing all the people changing their vpn from uk to the other side of the world just to get early access.

spose its only fair though as we got first access to crysis 2 while the rest of the world screamed.

at least we can sit back with all the problems occurring and hope they are fine tuned by friday.

I just unlocked with vpn and have been playing since Monday. I paid the same money as everyone else, i'm not waiting,

I imagine that Europe have taken a later release date as maybe we will be the biggest market, and add the greatest hit too the MP servers.

Either way it svcks, I loved the MP beta, so figured that serveres had been refined, I kinda realise its probably an EA choice to release later, not Crytek.

I thought I had prepared myself for the wait, but am finding it hard....

I have a feeling double XP is gonna happen at weekend, so will make up XP points, but I would prefer to play it now

I'm all for fair, and I figure a 2 day wait wont kill me.

There is a part of me that wonders why in gods name after a beta that a staggered release was needed, but shouting and making a scene wont achieve anything I guess.

On the subject of VPN, I looked and really considered it,
bit worried I would get "this key in use already" error when reverting back to UK IP

No you didn't, US got it March 19th, UK got it March 21st. Just an FYI!

That's how I've justified it to, at least where missing the teething problems, there's a lot of crying baby's,

2. Run TunnelBear

3. Play Crysis 3 in the UK now.
