Walled city of Balmora v1.42

This is update which is based on Walled city of Balmora 1.2 by Hargreth. I also took a lot of inspiration and used ideas from Lucien Fairfax Atmospheric Balmora. There is Animated Morrowind patch and "The Doors - Balmora, Suran" mod compatible version included in download.

Main improvements over original version are unique interiors for each guard tower(although still quite uniform, as they are military buildings) and texture seam fixes (and of course different decoration of the city parts based on ides from Atmospheric Balmora).

Big thanks to Spirithawke for pointing dirty refs in my mods. They are now cleaned with tes3cmd.

This mod adds a wall around the entire city, with 5 guard towers, a guard rail around
the canol,and more guards: Hlaalu sharpshooter guards on the towers, stationary gate guards,
guard barracks in the eastern guard tower with off-duty guards and small house for sale.
If you are interested in buying it, ask Gidaves Othrendu in Hlaalu Council Manor(The house
costs 12000 gold if you are member of Hlaalu, 15000 otherwise). You can also order new
furniture for additional 5000 gold or have it removed in case you use furniture mod and you
want to decorate the house on your own.
The mod also improves the look and overall atmosphere of the city - Some statues
in front of the entrance and near temple, poor quarter with rubbish lying around, bright
and decorated rich quarter, decorated terraces that were previously empty and a lot more.
It also alters landscape of Balmora a bit, including textures.
