If the problem is with the diseases ESM, then that file must be making an edit to the shop. An ESM file cannot edit an interior cell or worldspace that belongs to another ESM file. The results are what you see here - missing stuff. That's something only the mod's author can fix, and since it's been taken down they're probably already on it.

Ah, snap, I forgot about that too...

actually I'm the author of that mod, and I'm 100% certain I didn't make any building edits except for adding a shop container
edit: it should be the same with the other alchemy shop if it is a problem
EDIT2: snap... didn't knew about that I'll make an update for it tomorrow
sorry for any inconveniences
I wonder if they are (or were) actually the same plugin...

yes they are, I'm planning on 1 last update that combines a lot more,

I just applied the fix v2.6 of ''Cure Disease Overhaul - Deadly Diseases (OBSE).esm'' overwriting v2.5 of the same esm and I've still got the exact same problem, weather the fix has been done properly and its just a load order problem i don't know but that where it stands for me. :nope:

EDIT:

I did do a clean save as well.

The OBSE version of the ESM is still making edits to Tamriel. The two red cirdled portions here are the cause.

If you need a door to connect your interior to the existing game world, that has to be done in an ESP, there's no other way around it.

It's the entire problem. You edit Tamriel in your ESM, and your door from the interior connects to it. That needs to be moved into the ESP.
