So Walmart is going to cancel my Pip Boy edition.

Have you gotten an e-mail about your payment method? If not, there's a chance you'll get such an e-mail when they receive your item. At which time you would be able to offer an alternative payment method. Do note though, that the window to do so will be small. And never cancel a pre-order, no matter what the associate over-the-phone says. I learned the hard way that it's never the correct answer to an order issue. If you're told that, the person telling you is wrong, ask to speak to someone else or hang up and call back.

It is odd that Walmart doesn't have a simple "update order info" option for online orders, though. In 2015 that should really be standard for all online transactions, especially pre-orders.

As it stands now I'm still feeling the sting of disappointment, but the early looks on the game are really positive. so with that said I just might pick it up. yes Amazon and target have far better customer service hands down. now as for the cheap looking pip boy, yeah it's looks cheap but still it would've been nice to have. I know I can mod something similar. but it won't look astheticllay appealing though. and apologies for my lack of punctuation. was speed typing.

Dude - call back. Don't give up with one clueless rep. Call back and explain exactly what the nature of this item is. You get a good rep and this can be solved.

Oh, and when you do, be super duper polite and collegial. Makes a huge difference.
