If you're on a PC, there's a mod for this in the workshop. If you're not on a PC, sorry but I doubt Bethsda would steal from Arkane to add it in Elder Scrolls.

I'll be honest...Loved Dishonored...HATED that mask. To me, it looks like a wall-eyed, derpy skull.
I look at Corvo's mask and I hear "HEYYYYYY YOU GUYYYSSS".

Anyway, dragon priest masks look close enough, imo.
