I Want To Create A Character Based On The Rapper TI...

I love the music he makes, and enjoyed his performance in Takers, so I wanna make a character like him. What do you think I should use for weapons? Clothing? Skills + SPECIAL? Maybe how to structure what he looks like? Thanks
