I agree, Imperial should be an available race to play from the beginning, for anyone who purchases the game. The Imperial race is a core part of the TES genre and I have no doubt that many players hold the race near to their hearts. If they wanted to add unique bonuses for purchasing the collectors edition, they should have come up with something else.

I'm not a fan on Imperials myself, but if I had to pay extra to play as a Dunmer, I would be pissed...
