I'm looking for a dungeon mod that has REAL treasure! Not a piddly 50 gold pieces here, 10 gold pieces there... more like 500 gold pieces here and 1000 gold pieces there! I want to crack open the "very hard" lock on a treasure chest and find something worth my effort. I would rather find a lot less treasure chests containing more treasure than a bunch of treasure chests with a measly 10 gold pieces in them.

Is there such a mod?

Check out Vaults of Cyrodill

TIE (Tamriel Immersion Experience) has this. A lot of random chests - including hard ones - do contain nothing or almost nothing. But some contain 500-700 gold pieces, and boy does that always feel satisfying.

TIE is also an overhaul. As with OOO, a lot of other features come with it. Read up before installing.

Or better yet, do a FCOM install. there are a ton of chests at the end of hard dungeons with really nice loot.

It's rare that the actual gold reward holds a candle to *any* enchanted item in OOO though. And with Living Economy you can even get a fair amount of the item's worth! (I'm a bit of a cheese though, 90% of my money on new chars goes towards maxing mercantile)

My level 30 rogue has ~5million gold even after buying the cheydinhall house, along with all the extras for it, frostcrag, and dunbarrow hollow. The only reason I still loot anything is because I'm a collecter/packrat, so I'm looking for things I don't have yet

However, I've gotten the 65k vendor gold bug more than a few times... I should probably upgrade to the newest version of Enhanced Economy or whichever.

Not interested in the overhaul mods at this point in time.

http://tesalliance.org/forums/index.php?/files/file/577-nou-malatu/ is an Ayleid dungeon with lots of valuable loot (and gold). You'll need to make several trips just to get it all out, unless you have something like http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=4065 or http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=27918.
