I've been searching by mods for having a house (like Breezehome State what I'd love to know the right place to download it since workshop link and Nexus' is broken), but I want a more 'simple' one a humble one, since most houses are overpowered as hell...A comfortable and nice place to stay for some days.

Obs: I don't have Hearthfire installed, only Dragonborn DLC.

I don't remember the exact name but there is a mod that adds a small treehouse directly between Riverwood and Whiterun. It's called something like Ranger's Treehouse or Hunter's Treehouse and is literally maybe and 8' x 8' square. Plenty of storage though and perfect for a wandering character. Beautitful view of High Hrothgar too.
