I'm sure that if you take some time and word hard you will accomplish making that thing. You could even edit it and make your own little stops or something

Well then you could just make it on paint (or some other program like photoshop or something iIdunno) Print it out on cartboard ( At home or at a special local shop thing or something I dunno.) The figures you could use from another monopoly and you're done. Of course the cards put that's the same deal as with the board

I think it's regular monopoly with just fallout themed stuff. Like the board and back of the cards, and the little figurines you move. Have you ever seen the star wars monopoly game? This is just like that, whoever made it should sell the idea to Milton Bradley so they can make more of them.
