I hope that it attracts all nearby dragons to come gank the player for boastingly shouting the fact that we just killed a dragon, and are probably weak from our last battle. :flamethrower:

If you mean when he shouted "DOVAKIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIN" after killing that dragon. That won't happen every time. It was probably just to end the demo.

I like this feature but I thought it was just scripted in to make the demo feel more epic. Remember the Oblivion E3? I won't put every bet about what Skyrim is like solely on its E3 video.
