My opinions are as follows.
For the males:
-Male Breton's gotta go, or at least put some enthusiasm into his voice. I'd like to hear male Bretons with Cockney accents. Shady Sam seemed less shady and more like a [censored] nature documentary narrator.
-I personally have no real problems with Male Dunmers' voices, but I think that if any other voices were to come into play, I'd enjoy having something a bit darker sounding. Dark Elves are supposed to be known for pessimism and a dark outlook, and maybe they should take a more morose tone of voice. I'd like to hear more roguish sounding ones, too. Dunmer threats don't sound all that intimidating in the Oblivion actor's voice, honestly.
-The Redguard Male sounds fine to me.
-Nord males and Orc males shouldn't sound the same. I'd sort of like Nords to have voices like the guys in this vid: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RN-no1Ka7yU
With the exception of Antonio Banderas, of course.
-Orc males have a booming voice, much like I'd expect. I don't really see anything wrong with em.
-If the Elf male actor was kept, I'd like to hear him used for Altmer only.
-Male Bosmer should have noticeably smaller voices, maybe like hobbits in LOTR.
-Imperial males have perfect voices, I think. Very haughty and authoritative.
As for the females:
-Elf female has to go. I think elf women should be a bit more demure and softspoken, with the exception of Dunmer women, who have a reputation of being really brash and promiscuous, but that's just my opinion. Maybe Altmer women could sound haughty and stuck-up, too.
-The Redguard female was really boring. I didn't like her much. I feel like Redguard women are supposed to be hardy and strong, which this actor's voice and delivery lacked.
-Orc/Nord female was... eh. Didn't like her much. I must say that I feel like if I was a visitor to Skyrim and heard the tavern woman in the Game Informer pics speak to me in that voice, I'd be pretty weirded out.
-The Breton woman was pretty good, though I'd like to see Cockney/lower-class accents in Breton women, too. I guess she sounded good as an Imperial.
