It's a pity many interesting perks from F3 are not available in FNV. I added additional perks to Usanagi's implant selection, yesterday I remembered, there was this cool Superior Defender perk you get from Desmond, right? I want it! Give it to me immediately! Re-added it into the game, paid Usanagi 25.000 caps and got the perk! Cool:

I also added Snide Survival Expert (Moira), Wired Reflexes (the Commonwealth perk), Dream Crusher (Moira), Ant Might, Ant Sight (Lesko), Rad Regeneration (Moira). And I changed the Endurance check from base value to permanent value check, cause if the END increase is permanent (like the Endurance implant) then I don't see any reason why it shouldn't count for purposes of implant amount calculation.
