Recently I've been doing a plot where the Thalmor have been after the Dawnguard due to a run in they had with each other whilst out on their patrols. Also, Dragonborn came across some heavily armed and very hostile Thalmor who were experimenting with advanced crossbows up at Reachwind Eyrie. Both the Dawnguard and Dragonborn were forced to fight for their lives on both occasions. However, the Thalmor somehow found out who was resposible for the Dawnguard incident and have been out to get them, something Dragonborn has been lucky to avoid so far.

Now, the other day I was watching Dark Knight Rises when I saw a flash of http://news.doddleme.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/04/Dark-Knight-Rises-Viral-Game-Batman-Wanted-Poster.jpg poster in the movie. I just thought it was so cool. Then, just now, I thought, what about have a plot/quest mod where the Thalmor do indeed put a bounty out for Dragonborn for some reason (in my case for the battle at Reachwind Eyrie)? The plot could also have them trying, although not very successfully, to get the Empire to help search for him/her. Because Tullius would balk at the idea of arresting either Dragonborn or the Dawnguard, he'd make a half hearted effort. This, in the long run, could very well be the catalyst for Tullius turning against the Thalmor, especially if the Thalmor realise he's not putting an effort in and try to force the issue with threats and violence against Tullius and his troops.

Anyone think this is a good idea?
