You certainly arent going to get someone in only an hour. Really good moddelers are a very rare breed, at least ones willing to openly work on things for someone elses mod. Most of us (By us I mean modders, not moddelers, I can't model worth crap) are self taught that learn modeling as its required for our mods. Never really learning EVERYTHING, but learning enough to make some of the awsome stuff you see out in the modding community. Just look up tutorials for the program you are using on its website. Start with editing prexisting things. Like changing words on signs, or doors. Or reshaping a 'broken' objects to a clean undestroyed version. Then retexture that appropriately. Before you know it, you will be able to do plenty enough to get by. When I first started my larger scale mod, I wanted a moddeler/texturer, but ended up not finding one, and having to just learn it. I suggest you save yourself some time and do the same. I wish we had some dedicated moddelers around, but we dont really.

The general progression people usually follow is GECK > Retexturing > Modeling, this is because things from one lead to the next. You deal with texture sets in the GECK, which leads too making new textures for existing objects. Retexturing makes you learn about UV maps, which ties into modeling. There are rarely if ever any specific tutorials, so many things require you to apply concepts or just tinker till you get things to work.

And don't count out Oblivion tutorials. As the games are the same in many ways in terms of mod making, you can often apply things from there over here.

Modeling is a lot of work. So don't expect many people to freely give their time. I only do modeling requests for a select few because I know my time won't be going to waste with them. As for you, I have no reassurance that it is worth my time.
