You certainly arent going to get someone in only an hour. Really good moddelers are a very rare breed, at least ones willing to openly work on things for someone elses mod. Most of us (By us I mean modders, not moddelers, I can't model worth crap) are self taught that learn modeling as its required for our mods. Never really learning EVERYTHING, but learning enough to make some of the awsome stuff you see out in the modding community. Just look up tutorials for the program you are using on its website. Start with editing prexisting things. Like changing words on signs, or doors. Or reshaping a 'broken' objects to a clean undestroyed version. Then retexture that appropriately. Before you know it, you will be able to do plenty enough to get by. When I first started my larger scale mod, I wanted a moddeler/texturer, but ended up not finding one, and having to just learn it. I suggest you save yourself some time and do the same. I wish we had some dedicated moddelers around, but we dont really.
