| to the newer version].

Basically, you have the patch for a mod that you don't have installed. Try installing Better Clothes and see if that helps ;) .

As for the other mlox warnings, most of them are informational, such as the warning that some of your mods require MWSE, MGE, or MWE (which I must trust that you are running to support these mods, as such loading utiliies don't show up in your load order list, of course). The only one that might actually be a problem that could cause a crash or some such (assuming that you are indeed running MWSE and/or MGE, and MWE) is this:

[CONFLICT]
> 'Illuminated Windows.esp'
> "Vality's Bitter Coast Addon.esp"
| These two plugins make an incompatible change to the same cell, and you may get the error: 'Object reference "flora_bc_fern_03" missing in master file.'. You can get around it by using the Construction Set or TESAME to edit one of plugins and remove the conflicting changes.
| (Ref: http://www.gamesas....opic=866830&hl= )

and mlox tells you exactly what to do to resolve this. If you feel that using the CS or TESAME as suggested is beyond your ability, you could always either remove one of the mods, or not, and take your chances-- such errors as named can sometimes result in unexpected crashing, but may not necessarily.

This note is also of some concern:

[NOTE]

| ! "Vampire Embrace" by Cortex shares a dialog filter with many LGNPC mods that could result in unexpected problems in both mods.

It appears from mlox that the only LGNPC mod that you're running of the list that potentially conflicts with Vampire Embrace is LGNPC_IndarysManor_v1.51; you might want to consider removing it, or you might want to take your chances and see how it all works out. Or, you might want to check the http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1073249-relz-lgnpc-updates/ (which also contains a link to their website), which might have more detail on the specific effects of this dialogue filter conflict and possibly would provide solutions or at least tell you what to expect.

In any case, most of these problems are easily solved by actually reading the messages you've received and following their instructions.

All the knowledge I have about problems has been put into mlox.

Use something like Wingrep or InfoRapid Search & Replace to find the mod containing the string "wr_testJournalLS", then try moving that lower in your load list.

Focus on the MLOX report and the very first error. I have found that the Better Clothes patch does NOT fix the Foot part errors and apparently renders some shoes invisible anyway. I just removed the BetterClothes_Patch.esp, even though I run Better Clothes_v1.1_nac.esp.

Yes the Better Clothes is loaded, but v 1.1_nac.esp, does not seem to be work with the patch
Vampire embrace , just makes the vampire more interesting, so i removed all the conflicting LGNPC mods,

Yes this error is new, so I will try the suggestion. I unchecked a few esp , then this error appeared, did a repair all with mash, thought that would fix it , buy no.
Given my mod list, is there any mod there, that is useless, or a mod which i must have given the mods I already have. There no real point in going forward with a game until . I have a working mod list. . and that means no errors,

OK UPDATE: after using InfoRapid Search & Replace

The Wrye World esp, was causing all the errors, on removing this, the common "Not able to find Foot part in BC_shoes" , was no longer coming up in the warnings txt.
Loaded a saved game which gave me some new errors, A search uing InfoRapid Search & Replace ( thanks Dragon ) showed that the new errors where in the save games files . A Clean save inside. Those errors where removed form the warning txt.

The only errors I have in the warning txt, are those below. And the game just loads and seems to ignore these, the "Yes to all" box is NOT coming up.
So all good thanks all for the help. and Once again Dragon, your knowledge of the software to help solve these problems has been really valuable.

Texture "Textures\_land_default.tga" count 3.
Texture "Data Files\Textures\Q_refl_writing_dark.tga" count 3.
Texture "Textures\menu_thick_border_bottom_right_corner.dds" count 2.

Edit:.. after a reload of save game that no errors, and playing for an hour, then finding some shoes, I saved and checked the warnings.txt.
The "Not able to find Foot part in BC_shoes" was back, lots of lines as well as the above Texture...spoke to soon.

So Wrye World caused a lot of issues,

The understanding is that these errors
Texture "Textures\_land_default.tga" count 3.
Mean that the game's found multiple copies of the same texture file (e.g. one in your Textures folder and a couple in one of the BSAs). No-one's had problems because of it.

These errors:
Not able to find Foot part in BC_shoes_common_5.
Are seen with Better Clothes and other Better Bodies-compatible clothes. Like the others, you'll only see these by looking in your warnings.txt and they don't appear in game. A chap called Keazen released a Better Vlothes patch which does get rid of these errors. Unfortunately it means that the e.g. BC shoe meshes are broken and yuo can see some some of the underlying body mesh through holes in them. So, you can have the errors with no discernible effect in game or remove the errors from warnings.txt and have broken shoes (and maybe more)

I tried Wrye Base.esp (I uploaded it to PES as it wasn't available for download from Wrye's site) and it is indeed missing the dialogue topic "Homebound..." Which was a surprise. However, your other errors are not caused by Wrye Base.esp

Yes your right. Wrye Base.esp was only causing one error.
It was just noted when Wrye Base.esp was first removed , all previous errors except the Texture errors where now missing from the warning.txt. It was a quick conclusion, Yet as stated , a reload of a save game showed the Shoes and Texture error, had returned, only the acually error caused by Wrye Base.esp, was now missing.
I have the patch for the shoes but, I think it is not working with the esp version of better clothes I have. I see don't broken mesh, and the shoe errors are still in the warning txt. But the game load with no drama and my save files work, So all good.
Hope that clears things up.

Perhaps your patch is loading before the main BC esp, when it needs to load after to work.
But like Dragon suggested, the patch causes some really ugly problems in-game. I don't recommend using it anyways.
