I am a Redguard and have just started playing. I just hit level two. Before I put any perks anywhere I would like to know what the ultimate Warrior Build is.

You got an http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Warrior#Warrior build. Or a http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Warrior#Warrior build. Basically for the ultimate warrior level everything red.
