I was juiced up on a mix of 1 psycho, 2 jets, 1 buffout and 2 mentats... I had my Rocket launcher with 20 AP rockets, firing 3 rockets per round switching to a gauss pistol, or a Bozar, or a lazer rifle depnding on the situation.. Body parts where flying everywhere.... Sulik was tearing em up with his GE11 sub machine gun, and Marcus was sniping with his Turbo Plasma Rifle.

WE cleaned out the entire Navarro Base on hard dificulty.... Then we took off into the sunset with my mirror sunglasses on listening to the tunes in the Highwayman, When suddenly my heart stopped. I overdosed on my drug mix. This never happened before, I was chem reliant. Maybe I took too many mentats this time... I pulled a Kieth Ledger dammit!

Anyways I saved the game after I took out the base, and there is nothing I can do but go way back to a previous save in another slot (. I have waited for the exact time I overdose 8am. trying to figure out what I can do, throw some more buffout at it to pump up End, I don't know.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to avoid an overdose death??

Anyway, I think you overdid it. Chem reliant doesn't mean drugs can substitute your own blood. Don't you have a save just before entering Navarro?
Can you run to SanFran and try to detox in the clinic?

Well I use the Jet antidote after every time I use 2 jets, that way there is no addictiona nd perma loss of AP and str.
The problem seems to be the mentats. I took all the Combat armor upgrades Pheonix and what not, so my Chr is way low, I have to use the sunglasses and some mentats to beable to keep 2 followers. Mentats lower your Charisma when you have withdrawls I am guessing that at exactly 2 days my CHr is going below 0 and I am ODing.
I have tried to get to San Fran, I might beable to get there if I can avoid any encounters and go directly to the Doc there, Not sure if he can even help though.
