So I was just thinking.

How amazing would it be if Bethesda suddenly released another huge bigger than SI expansion for Oblivion? "Were done with it" they said but maybe this is only a trick? To catch us off guard and hit us with a surprise attack :obliviongate: (expansion). Food for thought.

Would sure be amazing for us, community, but sometimes player and developpers do not share the same goals and priorities.

releasing something for an older game now would somehow diminsh the impact of the new game, in which the investment is in like 000,000,000 of $eptim$.

I'd much rather have a completely new game than another DLC

I agree but I was very bored and just felt like letting Bethesda know yet again that we are "patiently" waiting for a new installment to The Elder Scrolls. :celebration:

80% of people who own or owned this game don't play it anymore and have moved on completely. It's us 20% which still actually give a damn about it. From the standpoint of a game-maker, there's little to no revenue. If they were indeed doing it, they would give it loads of publicity, and do developers diaries, and things of the like. Which they haven't, so yeah..

Exactly. Sure a new expansion would be neat, but would never be done.
But hey, ES benefits from one of the best modding communities, so it balances out.
