Was shown a video.. : Fallout Series Discussion

First, i'd like to point out that this is total irrelevant to series discussion but this is killing me.

Someone, in this forum, commented on a thread saying something like this

"The more we are here the more I think this is what the mods think of us"
And he posted a video, and the video was this hotel manager ranting at all the guests and throwing them out.

God, this is driving me crazy. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT?!

I had a similar experience on this forum. Somebody made a topic called Fallout Universe asking where he could get the old fallouts. I recall me and Styles replied to him but I could never find that topic or user again.
