I remember prior to it's release, all Crytek could talk about was "working on the improved anti-cheat" system for Crysis 3. They sure said a whole lot about it, making sure everyone knew about it. However, since the game has come out I have never actually encountered evidence of this "anti-cheat"'s existence. In fact, I've really only encountered evidence contrary to its existence - cheaters. Which makes me wonder - did anti-cheat ever exist in the first place, or was it all security theatre designed to better market the game?
