If some one could draw or what ever a character for me?

pretty much i want the costume to be a cross between this

now pretty much take the batman costume remove the cowl and the parts that cover the arms. make the arm parts of the costume be like the arrows and in place of the cowl put the hood. now the cape i want to be like batman's where is looks like bat wings and can hang off the back or over the shoulders like a cloak.

full beard ( short not long )

i'm thinking he should also wear a mask like the green arrow pic

um thats as far as i've got on my character that i've been thinking of still trying to come up with a good background.

but if any would or could do this for me you would be awesome
