WASD keys, space bar do not work to move the character. I can transport anywhere in the game, but still cannot move.

What I have tried:
Deactivated all NVSE/FOMM content.
Uninstalled the game and reinstalled using STEAM.

Any suggestions how to fix this? Thanks a million caps if you know....
