Wasn't sure...

Where exactly to put this, but if you could make perks, what would they be? This is the Fallout Forums so I expect some good ones and not ones that would just make the game easier. (F:NV-styled perks) I aplogize if I put this in the wrong section and all :ermm:

Battery Powered: +1 to STR, END, INT, PER as long as Energy Weapon ammo is in your inventory, but at a cost of (For example) 2 Energy Cells/3 Secs

Chemo Needed: You have become a font for Radiation! Rad-Away and Rad-X now heal you and cannot die from Radiation Sickness, but the Disadvantages of the different stages of Rad Sickness are doubled and you have a constant rate of +1 Rads/Sec

Natural at This: You were born a natural at combat! During combat you fire faster and more accurately, but XP gain is cut in half. After all, you already know what you are doing!

We Are Legion: While wearing Legion Armor, Rep with Caesar's Legion is automatically put at Idolized and you gain a bonus to weapons used by them. Unfortunately because of your love for the group, you cannot have certain Companions as Followers while wearing the armor.

and some Traits:

Inhuman: You lived near a waste dump earlier in life and it's mutated you. You cannot wear certain armors because of the twisted shape of your body but you get +2 to STR and END and all Two-Handed Melee Weapons deal 10% more Damage.

Rough Childhood: You were born in The Pitt and you learned how to survive there. All one-handed Melee Weapons attack faster and more lethally. You can also now use Scrap Metal as a substitute for other things when crafting.

Alright, I can't edit my post so here's some new Perks I thought up.

I Crush Everything: You're the monster outta Tokyo! When using Heavy Armor, you gain a bonus to Energy Weapons and Unarmed, you will also have 25% more damage with Plasma Rifles, Pistols, and Defenders.

Code Monkey: You gain +2 to INT and PER and +35 to Science, and +10 to Repair. Unfortunately, you aren't one for exercise or social interaction, losing -1 to STR, END and CHA.

The Big Boom: You love it when everything lights up. +25 to Explosives, and the blast radius and damage of all Explosives, and some Guns, are raised by 15%

Skullcrusher Mountain: You gain a boost to crit damage to an enemy's head, and more often than not, a lethal blow to an enemy's head will result in a messy end.

Playing Possum: You've learned how to feint death and fool your enemies. Fooling an enemy is dependent on their INT, PER scores and your CHA stat. There is a chance an enemy may "loot" your body.

Succubus/Incubus(F/M respectivly): Gives you not only the ability to bed any non-important NPC, but to kill them while they sleep afterwards, gaining Health and AP in the process! Doing so gives you a major blow to the Karma, and is considered a Major Crime if caught.

Duty Calls: While maintaining a karma level of Good or Very Good, the character gains a bonus to Small Guns, Explosives, Energy Weapons, and Melee Weapons. but if you drop to Neutral or lower, you suffer greatly in those areas.

Eye for an Eye: Whenever an enemy is able to cripple your head, they recieve the same effects of the crippling, effectively simulating a crippled head.

Overwatch: If any companion is engaging an enemy, they recieve +10 to their DT if you engage the enemy as well.

Some more traits:

Big-boned: You aren't fat, just heavy-set. You gain +1 to END, and your limbs are harder to cripple. But you lose -1 to AGI and you lose even more speed while wearing heavy armor.

Semper Fi: You were born into a military family, and have the training to back it up. You gain a 20% bonus to damage and accuracy when using any sort of gun, but because of your no-nonsense attitude you lose -2 in CHA.

Jack'all Trades: You excel in nothing, but don't svck at anything either. You lose the advantages of tagging skills, but all skills are raised +1 to +10 based on the base SPECIAL stat for each skill. This trait can be used with any perk that increase the base SPECIAL stats.
