stealth is a good combat form since it can be a defence form.

Although i am not sure how much realism the developers have implemented within the 'hardcoe' game mechanics, i wish to share some basic knowledge and logic with my fellow Wasteland explorers.

* Finding water is your main priority. (the courier's body consists of 75% water)

* It is advisable to search for a location to spend your first night (or day), early on.

* It is recommended to move during the night, resting indoors or in the shade during the day. (avoiding peek hours when the sun is at its highest point, decreases the chance of dehydration)

* When navigating unknown (hostile) territory, it is advisable to do this from a high point, from cover and shade, making sure that your body has a solid background e.g. rocks and vegatation. (hiding your silhouette in this manner)

* Water is found in the lowest point of a valley, since water flows downwards.

* Green vegatation can be an indicator of nearby water.

* Let's hope the developers have consulted a survival expert during the process of creating this already captivating game.

When you encounter a random waster. If they refuse to quit being a jerk, and talking to them politely doesnt work, a power armored boot to the groin just might.

Enemy too powerful for you, and quickly closing? Don't take your eye of it, instead cripple its means of "propulsion" first , then try to out run it. Still closing? Disarm the threats weapons (think guns or claws) and bide your time by filling it with lead... If all else fails shoot it in the shoulder, spin it around and take out its ganglia!!!!

Anything actually worth fighting for is worth fighting dastardly for...

Remember, pillage, then burn the town down, otehrway around don't work so well...

“Man can live about forty days without food, about three days without water, about eight minutes without air, but only for one second without hope” so keep hopeful out there!!!

Learn the effects of the "need" counters and set some ranges inside which you aim to keep them according to their effects - figure out what negative effects you're willing/capable of sustaining while still being able to operate at desireable level.

you should not generally engineer a character to be a master of just one type of weapon. you'll get countered..

different enemy, different way to kill them...make the kill efficient and effective.

fan out your exploration, start in one area, make a sweep of that area, and move on..dont try to cram too much exploration in one day.

If there is a baby or child, there is a mother near by...

There's also a big difference between a Van and a sports car but to me they're still both just cars.
Point: Some people (like me) don't care much for card games what so ever and some people (not me) don't care so much that they don't know that poker and blackjack are two different things.

It's not obvious to everyone that poker and blackjack are different games.
