Physical Description: James is a tall and strong looking man, with a fairy well-built physique. James 6’1 and weighs 210lbs. he has dark blue eyes with short black hair in a high-rise army haircut and a thin moustache. A smoker, James is rarely seen without a cigarette.

James walks with a slight limp and has a slash mark scars on his left cheek and upper chest.

Weapons: Ranger Sequoia & machete gladius

Armour/Clothing: James wears a black & white flannel shirts with a t-shirt worn under it, a pair of redo blue jeans with a Ranger belt, leather boots and sunglasses
James will also regularly wear a NCR veteran’s duster. In battle he will put on the combat armour.

Personality: A tough man from his years as a ranger, James is very charismatic and a capable leader yet is often reminded but the sacrifices/ losses he has had to make over the years.

History: Born in boneyard, James grew up as the middle child with an older Brother (Paul) and younger sister (Linda) with both of their parents working full time at one of local ranches, life was tough and harsh but managed to get though ….

This was until shortly after James 18^th Birthday when both his parents died, not wanting become a rancher or any of other local job types, James and Paul decided to join the army whilst Linda continued her schooling (and went on to become a researcher at OSI)

Finishing his training in late 2280 James and his brother were sent to Mojave and fought against Legion and fiends, earning the nickname “Smokey” as he was virtually never seen without a smoke.

By 2282 James had been promoted to Corporal and fought in the second battle of Hoover dam were James managed to save several Legion prisoners whilst the courier take on legate…. Sadly however Paul was killed during the fighting.

Shortly after the battle James was often a spot in the rangers and decided to take it, the training was Brutal but in the end James passed and received his ranger badge, it was the proudest day of his live….

For the next 10 years James served in the rangers, most out in Utah were the NCR forces finished of the remnants of the legion yet despite their best efforts (and sacrifices) they were convinced some had managed to get away, although those left were considered little threat to the NCR….

With the legion all but scattered James was deployed in several places until he was eventually transfer back to Vegas by now James had over 20 years’ experience and was given a set of NCR veteran armour and a Ranger Sequoia pistol.

James had been stationed at Camp Golf for Two years when the Courier finally died and Vegas have divided into groups.
Seeming this as a chance to acquiring Vegas for the NCR, they have sent Vet Ranger Carbone and a NCR officer * to meet with the New casino bosses and see if any alliances can be made with them.

Unaware to James but the NCR president is hoping that if the Army and Rangers focus their attention on acquire Vegas, a Civil war can be prevented or at least delayed until Vegas is captured….

The NCR officer will be an Npc, unless anyone wants to RP as them. If an Npc I’d like to have him killed off at some point, perhaps by the legion forces?

Nice sheet, you're accepted. Yeah the NPC is totally fine and what you do with him is up to you. Unexpectedly I had to work longer today, and i'm work again tomorrow until 5 GMT so I will have my sheet up then haha!

Physical Description: Cobra is around the 6'2 mark and weighs a little over 13stone. He has long black hair which is tied into a pony tail. He has brown eyes and distinctive eyebrows.
Weapons: Cobra uses a hunting pistol, a sniper rifle and a combat knife.

Personality: Cobra has an unpredictable personality, sometimes he is ruthless but he can be kind to his people. He respects people who deserve to be respected, but he also hates cowards and people who demand respect without real merit. Cobra is a cold blooded killer and has no problem with slaughtering a village or tribe if it stands in his way. Cobra is not one to be trusted, only if you are one of his followers.

Physical Description: Long, dark brown, wavy hair similar to the unsettler hair style seen in both FO:3 and FO:NV. Talks with a faint Russian accent, has green eyes, and has a rough beard.
Primary Weapon: A Bowie knife.
Secondary Weapon: A Ranger Sequoia made to be easily concealable, where the bear head engraving would be is a hammer and sickle engraving.
Sidearm: A Chinese pistol.
Armour/Clothing: Lenin wears a US Army General outfit with a bulletproof vest under it.
Personality: He is a great public speaker, knows how to wage war, and he knows how to convince others that his goals are both economically and militarily the best option.
History: Not much is known about Connor Lenin’s past other than that he was born in Texas and traveled to the Mojave for reasons unknown. Although some say his name isn’t actually Lenin, that his last name is Alexander. He took over the Lucky 38 as a symbol of change, after all this was the Courier’s base. He hopes to turn the wasteland into a nation of Soviets.

History:Ace began life easily, his family were rich farmers in the NCR. Ace quickly learned how lie and play cards. Scamming travelers out of there money for years. When Ace turned 18 he left California, heading to Vegas. He became a card dealer, easily scamming gamblers out of there money for the Top's. He stayed there for 10 years. He liked the Tops, he had a roof over his head, food, and most importantly, money. Ace left the Tops when he turned 31. He spent the next year staying with the Courier. He attempted to take over, but failed. His coup did result in the Courier dieing, where Ace silently graved for his lost friend. His coup also resulted in him being pushed back to Red Rock Canyon. Where he leads a group similar to the Chairman. Only with armor and heavy weaponry.

Hello erm would it be OK if i was able to join this RP here is my CS:

Name: Alexander Winter
Age: 37
Gender: Male
Race: Human, Caucasian with British ancestry

Faction: NCR

Rank: Captain- NCR military (Not rangers)

Physical description: Alexander is a lean man but not with overly pronounced muscles, he stands at 6’2 has grey eyes and jet black hair ,clean cut style, which recently has had touches of grey in the hairline, he has Grey eyes and is clean shaven.

Weapons: Hunting rifle with custom action and extended magazine, 9mm pistol no modifications, combat knife and has a Binocular.

Armour/Clothing: When in combat wears Beret and NCR trooper armour however out of combat wears a Pre-War business suit and pre-War Hat.

Personality: Is cold towards his troops under his command but this has been negated by the fact of his understanding of Military strategy and Diplomacy however he has been known to lose his temper but is generally calm in almost all matters.

History: Alexander comes from a military family and joined the NCR military as soon as he was eligible to join and has known no other profession and has managed to reach the rank of captain he declined the offer to join the Rangers and 1^st Recon choosing instead to serve with Basic foot soldiers.

At the second battle for Hoover dam Alexander held the line with the troops while the elite of the NCR pushed forward to attack the fort and has since then worked tying up loose ends for the NCR but now has been tasked with travelling to New Vegas with A veteran Ranger.
