PLOT:
The year is 2282. Enclave forces have returned with no functioning leader. Their patrols have increased in numbers, and they have pronounced war upon the Wasteland. The Brotherhood of Steel will not let the narcississtic Enclave forge any war, and are prepared to do what's necassary to stop them. The Enclave have contacted Raiders, Talon Company Mercanaries, Raiders to join their side in a civil war. The small faction known as the regulators have agreed to help the Brotherhood in an all out war. Paladin Alex Johnson will meet up with the regulators outside the Citadel. as The Enclave and their allys make a plan at Raven Rock. How will this tale end? will The Enclave finally defeat the Brotherhood in the war that counts the most? Or will the hearts of the Brotherhood prevail once again?

Bio: Born to a group of Russian wastelanders, Netsky grew and grew like any other child and moved when his parents died of natural diseases. Eventually he found himself in Washington D.C. Joining Talon company, he has earned the respect of his squad-mates by showing them what it really means to be a Talon merc. He has had several run ins with Reilly's Rangers and has a deep hatred for their "Goody two shoes" behavior.

Bio: Rudy Nights became the leader of the regulators after Sonora Cruz died in an battle with some Talon Co. After her death, more Regulators started to die as Talon Co. got stronger. Now the Regulators are quite small and Rudy Hopes to finally destroy Talon Co. in this battle with the BoS's help and restore law to the wasteland.

BIO: Born into the right side of the law. Jerry grew up to respect the law and cast away villains. Parents were just merchants, they sold guns. For a birthday Jerry got the Terrible Shotgun. Unfortunately that same day they were attacked. Jerry managed to blast the attackers to bits, but his parents were mortally wounded. They died on Jerrys lap. From that day on Jerry swore to only and ever obey in law and order. There was a shack he was to go to in case they were attacked. Jerry made his way and found it to be the Regulators headquarters. He grew up and trained there
