I could. But what I've got in mind is capturing as many ne'er-do-wells as I can and exiling them to a prison on Spectacle Island, instead of simply executing them - maybe it'll become sort of a prison colony.

For some reason, sending raiders and gunners to prison on Spectacle Island sounds more evil than just killing them.

Perhaps making them fight for their freedom in an arena and then taking the winner out back to shoot them?

Something delicious about giving them hope about escaping but then crushing that hope at the last moment. :P

They should turn the winners into supermutants and centaurs or some kinds of mutations they could come up with then pit them against future potential winners, not knowing that it's the fate they would eventually become after they won.

I wonder how those cages and capturing the creatures will work. Are the creatures tamed where you captured them? That Deathclaw-cage seems too big to move.

I'm reminded of https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sQiNYtkwuyw scene from Running Man.

That's a good question. I'm all for trapping, although when it comes to trapping humans it seems a waste of a perfectly good intimidation perk that could have been developed further.

I still want to be able to use that perk to capture, enslave, or convert to my cause.

I think the cage might need electricity to power it.

Perhaps you build the cage, power it up and put bait inside.

Preston would make ideal bait IMHO.

Whoa knows? Maybe that's how you will tame monsters and, er, people. Just pacify them, select "tame", then send them to a settlement of your choice.

my question is will these additions to our settlements mean we can make larger settlements? or will I have to take down some of my stuff to make room?

Or will we have new locations to make settlements?

This does seem cool and all. I hope to be able to make myself an arena and fight my way through hehe.

But I also wish I could simply have more options to build places. I want to have my own remote location that no one else has to come live at. Just my own little shack down by a river or lake. All to myself.

Why do that...mine will win the right to bear arms for thier King/Queen. Once a suitable number of retainers have been assembled, we shall challenge our Cousin in Pittsburgh to the "Sport of Kings".
