This adds a fully new outfit to the game for male characters. The outfit includes clothes, a "wig" that comes in various colors, and an eyepatch.
The texture is extremely high quality, with a 2048x2048 resolution and a highly detailed normal map.
The clothes require Robert's Male Body, and the hair and eyepatch were shaped to fit Geonox's Hero Race (I've not tested how they rest on the normal head).
The hair and eyepatch are purely aesthetic and provide no benefits, but should also not need any repairs to maintain them, and are both Quest items so they shouldn't get removed when entering certain DLCs. The clothes on the other hand provide very minor protection, and can be repaired using other ordinary clothes you find.
The outfit can be found inside Doc Mitchell's house, in a container on the shelf left of the Special machine labeled "Your Clothes".
The container respawns, so if you lose a piece of the outfit you should be able to get a replacement there later.
There is currently a minor issue in which the collar will sometimes clip through the camera in first-person view while performing certain attack animations.

The hair was created by NewSea for The Sims, converted to Oblivion Hair format by Room207, and converted to an Oblivian Wig format by Apachii for use in Apachii Wigs, then ported to New Vegas by myself.
The clothes were originally a complete work by ActionCookie, found in the DMC4 Nero outfit for Oblivion, which I ported to New Vegas myself and modified.
The eyepatch was an original work by myself, though it utilizes the same texture as the clothes created by ActionCookie.
