Ok, then I expect to be able to go to my condo building, go up to my unit, go inside, see all my stuff, sit down, and play Watch Dogs in the game...in the game...in the game...

You could always watch some videos of it in the mean time I suppose, if you haven't already.
Do you have an AMD card?
I went into the display settings and changed the texture quality to medium and that helped me a lot.
This is pretty interesting. Cloud Gate looks like utter crap in the game, it almost looks like they didn't even apply a texture to it. I really expected there to be reflections in this game but literally none of the mirrors or chrome surfaces reflect.

On a side note the only music I have found enjoyable is the 4 electronic songs and some of the Punk, I like a few of the bands in there that I have actually heard of but the songs aren't even any of their known/good ones. The only artist I know in the rock category is Alice Cooper, and once again it isn't even one of his better songs. Here is hoping a DLC will add some good music.
Looks thoroughly average to me. SR3 offers much more in vehicles and weapons. And the gravelly voiced Pierce seems a forced protagonist.
You can surf on a car... doing it with some guy running from the cops.
It isn't on purpose... i believe it is a bug since you can't fall off.
Playing the spider tank minigame... it's... AWESOME.
I have a Nvidia 760, which should run the game decently well. For some reason, the game will not let me move the texture quality slider, quite odd.
Finally arrived today, a day late, i think it looks good, i haven't had any real issues so far, everything on max except shaders, the city looks nice!, so far so good.
