It seems fairly clear that water can only be at one level in Morrowind, but are there any mods that can make water at higher altitudes? If possible, water you could swim in would be great, but if that's not possible, I'd like to see whatever other options there are. Also, I'm not a very experienced modder, so could someone explain how to put water in the game with any of these mods? I'm creating a location that needs a river to flow above the base water level.

Oh waterfalls would be so much easier if that was an option....
