I am trying out various ways/mods for getting Skryim to be darker, especially indoors. I have tried several darkness mods, and tried to fiddle with the CK to make my own, and used ENB. In general, I'm pretty satisfied with what I can get the environment to look like, but one thing is driving me nuts: the water is bright while everything else is darker.

I tried editing the water itself, and if I remove the fog on the water and set the color to 0 black, this makes it look OK I guess, but then its TOO dark. Anything in between though and it never looks right. Water seems to reflect non-existent sky or otherwise just be bright and have no relationship to the ambient or direct light except for really bright light right above it. Is there a way to make water not glow in the dark when it is dark around it, but not sacrifice having it have some brightness and color in areas that are more lighted?
