Does anyone think that staying in the freezing waters of Northern Skyrim should damage you over time? In the south the water could be fine (it would still be cold but it doesn't have to damage you). I mean, people die from cold water exposure all the time. Do you think this should be/is going to be implemented? Please explain your thinking.
