This is not the first time I noticed this issue, but it is the first time I managed to grab a screenshot of it. Basically whenever you're diving, you can hear the sound acting weird. The sounds between being underwater and above water will mix as you swim... It happens because the water, as shown on the screenshot, is actually made in paterns and aren't connected properly. So whenever you cross these lines in the water, the diving sound and being outside of water sounds will interlap for a moment.

If only the sound was the only problem. This area I am in, also has a non-finished water optimisation in which water physics do not apply. Meaning, you will plummet to the bottom. This is the city of "FOREST GROVE" and the area in which you plummet to the ground is right infront of the dam.
