I finally got the aqua boy perk to explore under the sea. I finally delved down there and it is brown as POO literally. Is there something I am missing? Will going diving in power armor clear the view up or is there another way?

I hate if I have to wait till a year from now for a mod to fix it. MURKY water seems to be a theme with Bethesda.

I can't answer your questions about water visibility, but apparently power armor doesn't float well according to a few comments I've read.

Yeah, diving in Power Armor is a good way to lose your frame.

It does. It has a closed circle breathing system, lore-wise, and now gameplay-wise

I've used Power Armor to explore underwater but the problem is that you cant swim haha, So they got that right but man its tough getting around under water in a suit of PA.

I guess Brita didn't survive the apocalypse or they just couldn't figure out how to filter out poo and radiation.

Hazmat suit also lets you breath underwater, at least from my limited experimentation.
