Water Splashes : V

I was wondering why water doesnt splash in these games? I mean is it because of the engine that these games are on? Do you guys think it will be in vanilla Skyrim? If not is it possible to mod?

Probably due to the engine and I think there is minor splashing in the game

It does splash in the some PAX footage I saw.

There were splashes and ripples in OB... Probably gonna be in Skyrim too.

I'm talking about splashes, where you see water flying above the surface not ripples. I believe ripples were in Oblivion but no splashes.

Well kinda on the watermill.
EDIT: Oh wait! I just remembered! Look at the waterfalls and the stream that goes through bleak falls barrow, there were splashes.

Because they're hard to do. Try to imagine a clear blood squirt fly out from under your arms every time you stroke. That's what it would probably end up looking like.

Ok just saw it when the player was fighting the draugr deathlord. But I also want the water to splash when I'm in it.
