I found a Water Walking Potion today and I'm wondering if it is possible to make my own. Or if there is an enchantment for it, or a spell.

And to give this thread more umph; Anyone else find any new spell effects and/or potions

I found a dragon priest mask that increases frost magic damage by 25% and resistance by 50%. Someone says there is a pair of boots with waterwalking enchantment. Don't think its a spell.

I don't think you can make your own potion, i have been checking all the new ingredients. There are a pair of waterwalking boots but I dont think you can dis-enchant them.
