After I kill Elija and am making my out of the vault healy starts draining. My only save is a time I made it into the villa and then died. What can I do? Will this be patched?

I'm having the same problem. I keep using stem packs like crazy to keep from dying but my resistance if futile.
Hope someone has an answer to this problem.
