I'm using the above mod with Tamriel Rebuilt. When I go to the city added by the mod waaaaaaaaaaaay to the east of Sadrith Mora, I find it to be basically in the center of Telvannis. Seeing as TR is an esm, it's landscape overwrites the mods additions (I think) and the city is not there. Any idea how this could be remedied? (TESfaith?)

Isn't the Talon city floating waaay up in the sky, and therefore wouldn't conflict?

TESFaith would be the tool you want if you decide to move the objects.
