This is a new update of my Pharlan quest mod that's been around for a while. I haven't added much other than updating a lot of the quest rewards to be a bit better, fixing bugs and making the quests easier to complete by giving better directions and updating some of my lore.
Why should you play this mod?
It's playable by any race.
Vampire friendly - except the faction
It's a fun quest mod with some creative quest designs - get a juvenile delinquent back to class, solve riddles, choose your side:
Splitting questline - "evil" and "good sides"
It shows how a new race can fit into existing Morrowind lore while having its own lore
Different quest outcomes depend on your actions and your race - pharlan or no.

Way of the Talon is compatible with Tamriel rebuilt though you may see some slaughterfish swimming on the small patch of land underneath the floating town.
One word of caution - if you play this mod as a non-beast race do not equip any beast boots you find or Morrowind will CTD. Human boots are available for purchase in the tradehouse.
